The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) provides the University with all its telephony needs. We provide phone lines, equipment including video endpoints, unified messaging, inbound call centers, emergency communications and more. To request a service, please contact the Division of IT Customer Service by submitting a request via our Online Service Request System or by calling (305) 348-2284.
