FIU Chatbot

In 2022, the Division of Information Technology, along with Enrollment Management and Services, launched the Obi Chatbot. Obi is an automated customer service tool and digital assistant that provides 24/7 support for commonly asked questions with specific content tailored to students needing information about admissions, enrollment, student financials, and financial aid.
